Akhil Bhartiya Viklang Vidhwa Virdha Sewa Samiti (Regd.) is a non – governmental organization established under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 vide registration no. S\22211 in the Year 1991 with the objective to cater to the needs of the Down-trodden of the society. Over the last three decades, ABVVVSS has established itself as an organization working with the underprivileged sections of the society. The Registered Office of the society is located in Delhi.
The Society is also registered with NITI AAYOG [ NGO DARPAN ] Govt. of India and also registered under section 12A and enjoying Income Tax Exemption under section 80G(5)(Vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and registered under MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS Govt. of India for undertaking CSR activities and the Registration number is CSR00023730. And under way for registration under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010.
