Akhil Bhartiya Viklang, Vidhwa, Virdha Sewa Samiti (Regd.) is a non-governmental Organization established under the societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 vide registration no. S/22211 of 1991 with the objective to cater to the needs of the needs of the Down-troden of the society.
The head quarters of the society is located in Delhi and presently it is having more than 10 Branches across the country. The samiti is also registered with the ministry of home affairs, Govt. of India to receive Foreign Contribution Vide FCRA Registration number 231660693 and is enjoying the income tax exemption under section 80G of Income Tax. Further the samiti is also registered with National Trust and also with Deptt. of social welfare, GNCTD under section 52 of person with disabilities Act, 1995.
